Calamity Angels: Special Delivery NSP is a colorful role-playing (JRPG) game for Nintendo Switch, scheduled for release in 2026. It’s especially satisfying when you can take on new missions and delight the villagers. The combat system is my favorite part of Calamity Angels: Special Delivery due to its absurd unpredictability. Your team members have a life of their own, and your “orders” are mere suggestions, because if you don’t match their mood, they’ll likely abandon the action and do something completely different. My favorite character is a sleepy guy who sleeps a lot, but once he wakes up, he deals massive damage, and it’s funny to see how powerful he becomes after a long nap. One time, a treasure hunter in my group wearing a replica pendant suddenly developed an insatiable hunger, grew to a massive size, and devoured all the enemies before we could react.

Wow, that certainly makes things a lot easier! Another group member suddenly transformed into a beast and, surprisingly, became easier to control. Quite an impressive turn of events for a promising team leader in the Delivery Guild, a delivery organization! Yuri is appointed leader of the “Cupid Angels” (yes, delivery teams have cool nicknames in this world), though within the guild they are commonly referred to as the “Angels of Disaster” due to their bad reputation. Yuri strives to make the “Angels” the best team, so he must guide them and help them climb the ranks of the Guild. Despite its unusual package delivery premise, Calamity Angels is, for the most part, a standard RPG.

• Both NSP and XCI formats work perfectly with Yuzu and Ryujinx emulators. NSP files are installed directly, while XCI files are full cartridge dumps.
• On a modded Nintendo Switch, use Tinfoil or Goldleaf to install NSP files directly to your console.
