Mario Tennis Fever NSP launches with 30 custom rackets, each charging a unique indicator for special shots; these shots include freezing courts, cloning shadows, or creating miniature mushroom chaos. The game features 38 playable characters, including Tournament mode with talking flower commentary, tiered Challenge Towers, and Mix-It-Up mode with unique rules and stunning effects – the largest character roster to date. The story mode begins with Mario and his friends returning to their childhood after an incident on an island and relearning to play tennis to defeat monsters. The Mario Tennis Fever Switch ROM game supports local and online multiplayer with separate ranked leagues for Fever and Classic game modes, and offers realistic racket control via Joy-Con 2. Exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2, releasing on February 12, 2026, the game combines the ease of arcade games with the depth of competitive action, making it an ideal game for getting together.
