Game description
Sayonara Wild Hearts NSP is a Action-Adventure game with boasts stunning graphics, but unfortunately, the gameplay is subpar. The first few levels will help you get used to moving your character from left to right along roads, collecting hearts and other items to get the highest score. That’s about it. Camera angles change dramatically, sometimes zooming out until your character is a tiny dot, or swaying and spinning in tunnel sections where you freely slide along walls and ceilings. Aside from camera tricks, you essentially repeat the same elements throughout this short gameplay. There are a few moments that deviate from this pattern, such as VR-inspired gameplay within the game’s arcade style, but these exceptions are unfortunately very brief.
A heartbroken girl is teleported to paradise, where she takes the form of a masked biker. In this fairytale world, she races through neon-drenched streets and other surreal landscapes, collecting items to the beat of electronic music and navigating ever-changing roads. Sayonara Wild Hearts is a beautiful and simple game, but it ends abruptly at its peak.
Music is an integral part of Sayonara Wild Hearts, but the action and music aren’t always perfectly synchronized. Rather, the two elements objectively support each other, like in a music video. There are moments when elements blend harmoniously with the music, or you get a tempo boost that matches the melody. There are also timing hints when fighting certain bosses, but you don’t need a strong internal rhythm to succeed.
The plot is hinted at primarily through gestures, and I still don’t quite understand what it’s trying to convey. Is the girl trying to come to terms with her past relationships? Has she become more self-aware of various aspects of her personality? Or is it something entirely different?
Installation Instruction
- Both NSP and XCI formats work perfectly with Yuzu and Ryujinx emulators. NSP files are installed directly, while XCI files are full cartridge dumps.
- On a modded Nintendo Switch, use Tinfoil or Goldleaf to install NSP files directly to your console.
- If you get "too many requests..." error, just Back then try again after a few minutes.
- All direct download links are disabled. They will be back in action in 2 days.
