Game description

Hello, Pokémon fans! Today I’m sharing the latest version of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond ROM in XCI or NSP format, as well as the 1.1.1 update.

In 2006, I rode the Tokyo subway several times to buy a copy of Pokémon Pearl, which was released that same day in Japan. Over the next few months, I spent hundreds of hours in the Senno district, completely immersed in its vibrant online community. This game has held a special place in my heart ever since; it was the first generation I played entirely in Japanese, and it has the amazing ability to transport me back to one of the best times of my life. In the following years, Pokémon Diamond and Pearl didn’t receive the attention they deserved, which left me very disappointed. Even the developer, Game Freak, felt there was no point in including core Pokémon from Diamond and Pearl in Pokémon Legends: Archeos ROM.

Most importantly, it introduced a series of tunnels where items could be generated and secret bases could be built. In addition to online multiplayer, the game also featured dynamic environments teeming with special Pokémon that appeared on-screen and were affected by statues placed around the base. In this regard, Diamond and Pearl moved closer to the current generation’s style, but their focus remained firmly rooted in the original games. Many of the improvements they introduced were well-received, especially considering that Diamond and Pearl are considered among the least enjoyable generations of gaming in the modern era. I’ll even admit that the combat system back then was incredibly slow. The memory of a monster’s health bar slowly draining to zero after a knockout blow is still etched in my memory all these years later.

Installation Instruction

  • Both NSP and XCI formats work perfectly with Yuzu and Ryujinx emulators. NSP files are installed directly, while XCI files are full cartridge dumps.
  • On a modded Nintendo Switch, use Tinfoil or Goldleaf to install NSP files directly to your console.
  • If you get "too many requests..." error, just Back then try again after a few minutes.
  • All direct download links are disabled. They will be back in action in 2 days.
