Game Mechanics
Super Mario Odyssey Switch ROM introduces a new and exciting gameplay mechanic: Mario’s sentient hat, Cappy. You can throw Cappy to attack enemies, use it as a platform to jump higher, or even control it. For example, you can transform into Gumba, climbing over others, or a frog capable of incredibly high jumps; making the possibilities for exploration and gameplay endless.
A World to Explore
Similar to classic games like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine, Odyssey offers vast open worlds for Mario to explore. Each new region is filled with unique challenges and enemies, as well as numerous power-ups to collect. Odyssey offers a vast world you can freely roam, instead of the usual “sequential levels” structure. Collect a moon and keep exploring; you don’t need to return to the gathering point unless you want to.
