In Episode Tsubasa, players relive the original storyline, following the journey that made the series iconic. Episode New Hero, on the other hand, lets you create your own custom character and rise through the ranks in a career-style progression similar to FIFA’s Player Career or Pro Evolution Soccer’s Become a Legend mode.

In New Hero mode, you can choose to represent Furano Middle School, Toho Academy, Musashi Middle School, or Otomo Middle School, each offering a slightly different path and rivalries. Your ultimate goal is to compete in the World Jr. Youth Challenge, building your skills, forming team bonds, and making key decisions that shape your journey on the field.
