It Takes Two Switch NSP is an Action-Puzzle platform game released in 2021 for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, and later came to the Nintendo Switch in 2022. The game was made by Hazelight Studios, the same team behind Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and A Way Out.

The game is designed only for two players and must be played together. The story follows a married couple, Cody and May, whose relationship is falling apart and has started to affect their daughter, Rose. After Rose makes two dolls based on her parents and cries on them, Cody and May suddenly find themselves trapped inside those dolls. To return to their real bodies, they must work together and learn to cooperate again. The game focuses more on teamwork and rebuilding their bond rather than fixing their romance.

It Takes Two Switch ROM is like a box of donuts during your office break: it arrives fresh, is devoured with gusto, and nothing is left to spoil. Initially, Cody might have a belt full of nails to throw at the walls, creating steps that Mai can swing between with her hammer. Later, Mai can moisten the fertile soil using her water gun, allowing Cody to plant himself and bloom like a zigzag flower with platform leaves. These tools and abilities are used masterfully in solving platforming puzzles and boss battles: Mai’s cloning ability allows her to instantly jump from one heavy switch to another to activate temporary mechanisms, and she can pull an attacking bull boss toward an obstacle before teleporting herself out of danger at the last second.
