Download Pokémon Shield NSP XCI is the newest game in Nintendo’s popular Pokémon series. This Nintendo Switch exclusive was released in 2019 alongside Pokémon Sword. There are two Pokémon versions with almost identical content; the only difference is the starting Pokémon, which vary depending on the version you choose.

A new generation of Pokémon is coming to Nintendo Switch™. Begin your adventure as a Pokémon trainer by choosing one of three new Pokémon: Grocky, Scorpani, or Supple. Then, journey to the new Galar region where you’ll battle the rebellious Yale team and uncover the secrets of the Legendary Pokémon Zassian and Zamazenta.

Explore the vast desert with full camera control. In Dynamax* co-op raids, you’ll encounter massive and powerful Pokémon known as Dynamax Pokémon, either locally or online with up to three players. Pokémon Shield takes you on an exciting adventure exploring Galar, a new realm inspired by England. In addition to classic series gameplay mechanics, Nintendo has added many improvements and new features. You can play solo or as a team. Pokémon battles remain incredibly exciting, with numerous new Pokémon to add to your collection and catch. Pokémon Shield not only offers engaging gameplay but also brings vibrant graphics, excellent sound, and many impressive improvements to the game world.

Game Story

As in many previous Pokémon games, players embark on an adventure to become the strongest Trainer in Galar, battling eight powerful Trainers known as Gym Leaders, and ultimately earning the title of Galar Champion. The player and their best friend Hope receive one of three Master Pokémon (Grocky, Scorpani, or Supple) from the Galar Champion and Hope’s older brother, Leon.

They then explore a forest called the Sleeping Forest, but are forced to flee due to a powerful Pokémon. Later, while visiting Professor Magnolia and his granddaughter Sonia, they convince Leon to accept a Gym Challenge.

• Both NSP and XCI formats work perfectly with Yuzu and Ryujinx emulators. NSP files are installed directly, while XCI files are full cartridge dumps.
• On a modded Nintendo Switch, use Tinfoil or Goldleaf to install NSP files directly to your console.
